Yes, you can. Call the Client Services number on your statement to make pay-by-phone arrangements for no additional cost. Please have your checking account information available. What happens if my payment is late?
To avoid late fees, consider signing up for our Automatic Transfer Authorization, which makes regularly scheduled payments from your designated business checking or savings account.
What is your Automatic Transfer Authorization?
Our Automatic Transfer Authorization makes scheduled monthly payments from your designated business checking or savings account, saving you time and money:
- Avoid late fees with guaranteed on-time payments
- Minimize administrative time with fewer checks to write
There is no charge for Automatic Payments and, unless they are a credit condition of your loan, you may cancel at any time. Contact the Client Services number on your statement for more information.
- Automatic Payments typically take effect the next billing cycle and will post on your billing due date.
- If your billing due date is a non-business day, it will post on the next business day.
- If you have questions, or to confirm enrollment in Automatic Payments, contact the Client Services number on your statement.
Please note:
- If you have previously arranged for automatic payments on your account and they have been cancelled, you will need to re-enroll in Wells Fargo Practice Finance's Automatic Transfer Authorization.
To re-enroll:
- Follow the "sign up" instructions above.
- Please note the automatic payment will appear on your bank statement as WFB NA Practice Finance.
- If you are currently using an online bill pay service through your bank, please update your account information to your new Wells Fargo Practice Finance customer number or obligor number and remittance information.
