Marketplace User’s Guide

How to create an Account

  1. Navigate to the marketplace
  2. Click on create an account link
  3. Complete the registration form
  4. Select “Register” button
  5. Confirmation page will appear after registering

How to login to your account

  1. Navigate to the “Login to your account” page
  2. Enter the email address you registered with
  3. Enter the password you registered with
  4. Select “Login”

What if I forgot my password?

  1. Navigate to the “Login to your account” page
  2. Enter the email address you registered with
  3. Select the “Forgot Password” option
  4. Your password will be sent to the email address you provided

How to post an ad

  1. Login to your account page
  2. Select “Post an Ad”
  3. Enter required data
  4. Upload photos of your practice
    1. Note: Permissible images include those of the practice only. Vendor logos and other non-practice related imagery will not be approved or posted.
  5. Select “Post” option
  6. Your ad will be active within 48 hours of submission

Relisting an ad

  1. Before your ad expires, you will receive an email expiration notice
  2. You will be able to relist your ad on or after the expiration date listed in the email
  3. If you want to relist your ad, follow the link in the expiration email, login to your account
  4. Select “My Ads”
  5. Select “Relist” link

Update ads – sold practices

  1. If your listing sells, please tell us about it
  2. Login to your account
  3. Select “My Ads”
  4. Update the Sold price value
    1. Note: Sold practice price is hidden to the public unless selected otherwise
  5. Select “Update”

Update ads – cancel

  1. You can cancel your ad at anytime or wait until your ad expires
    1. If you wait for your ad to expire, you will receive an expiration email 4 days before the expiration date
    2. You will not have to do anything
  2. To remove your listing prior to the designated expiration date follow these steps
    1. Login to your account
    2. Select “My Ads”
    3. Select “Delete” next to the ad you would like to remove
    4. Confirm the deletion by selecting “Ok” in the confirmation window
