All you have to do is download and complete the
Direct Debit Authorization Form and mail or fax it to us, along with a copy of your voided bank check or a deposit slip from your savings account.

Your Direct Debit payment will post on your billing due date. If your billing due date is on a non-business day, it will post the next business day.

All practice financing is subject to credit approval. Business Refinance Program is for business term debt only. Revolving credit and existing Wells Fargo Practice Finance debt are not eligible for consolidation.
