Direct debit

Want to make account payments the easy way? Sign up today for Direct Debit, which makes automatic monthly payments from your designated checking or savings account. Your payment will always be made on time, so you’ll avoid possible late fees – and you’ll have one less payment to track.

  • No checks, envelopes or stamps - payments are debited automatically from your account
  • Debits post on your payment due date - helping you avoid late charges
  • We do the work - so you don’t have to

All you have to do is download and complete the Direct Debit Authorization Form and mail or fax it to us, along with a copy of your voided bank check or a deposit slip from your savings account.

2. When will the automatic payments start?
In most cases, Direct Debit will take effect your next billing cycle. Call Client Services at 1–800–628–7816 to confirm.Back to Top
3. When will the payment post?
Your Direct Debit payment will post on your billing due date. If your billing due date is on a non-business day, it will post the next business day.Back to Top
4. Can I cancel Direct Debit later if I want to?

5. Do I need to do anything to schedule payments?
No, after you've submitted your forms, your payment will automatically be debited on your due date. No need to do anything!Back to Top
