Please complete the Direct Debit form (.pdf) below and return the form by mail to Wells Fargo Practice Finance, 2000 Powell Street, 4th Floor, Emeryville, CA 94608 or by fax to 1-866-851-3120 in order to provide us permission to continue automatic payments. Also notify your bank of the change in payee to WFB WF Financial.

Not at this time however, you can arrange for payments to be automatically deducted from your designated checking or savings account. To enroll, please complete the Direct Debit form (.pdf) below and return the form by mail to Wells Fargo Practice Finance, 2000 Powell Street, 4th Floor, Emeryville, CA 94608 or by fax to 1–866–851–3120. You may also make pay-by-phone arrangements by calling 1–800–628–7816.

If you are currently using an online bill pay service through your bank, please update your account information to your new Wells Fargo Practice Finance customer number and remittance information. Your new customer number is referenced in your Welcome Letter. If you have not received your Welcome Letter please contact us at 1-800-628-7816.

All practice financing is subject to credit approval. Business Refinance Program is for business term debt only. Revolving credit and existing Wells Fargo Practice Finance debt are not eligible for consolidation.
