1. Who is Wells Fargo Practice Finance?

Wells Fargo Practice Finance, a division of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., was founded in 1983 to provide financing programs to small businesses and has since become a leading specialty lender for healthcare practices nationwide. Focused exclusively on financing for dental, medical, veterinary and optometric practices, Practice Finance provides investment capital to help doctors acquire, build, expand, equip and refinance their practices.

4. What if I have an automatic debit payment?

If you have previously arranged for automatic payments on your account, you will need to re-enroll in the automatic debit payment program with Wells Fargo Practice Finance. Please complete the Direct Debit form (.pdf) below and return the form by mail to Wells Fargo Practice Finance, 2000 Powell Street, 4th Floor, Emeryville, CA 94608 or by fax to 1-866-851-3120 in order to provide us permission to continue automatic payments. Also notify your bank of the change in payee to WFB WF Financial.

5. Does this change my contract agreement?

No, you are subject to the terms of your original contract agreement.

6. How can I reach Customer Service?

7. Do my fees change?

No, you are subject only to the fees outlined in your original contract agreement.

8. Can I pay by phone?

Yes, call Client Services at 1–800–628–7816 to make pay-by-phone arrangements. Please have your checking account information available.

9. Can I pay by credit card?

Not at this time however, you can arrange for payments to be automatically deducted from your designated checking or savings account. To enroll, please complete the Direct Debit form (.pdf) below and return the form by mail to Wells Fargo Practice Finance, 2000 Powell Street, 4th Floor, Emeryville, CA 94608 or by fax to 1–866–851–3120. You may also make pay-by-phone arrangements by calling 1–800–628–7816.

10. Can I access my account on the Internet or pay online?

We are working diligently to provide you with a similar online account system but it is not yet available. Until then we encourage you to take advantage of our complementary and hassle-free, automatic debit service.

11. What if I use a bill pay service through my bank?

If you are currently using an online bill pay service through your bank, please update your account information to your new Wells Fargo Practice Finance customer number and remittance information. Your new customer number is referenced in your Welcome Letter. If you have not received your Welcome Letter please contact us at 1-800-628-7816.
