1. Did you receive my payment?
Sometimes payments overlap in the mail with the generation, printing and mailing of your new statement. Please contact Client Services if you would like to confirm receipt of your payment.

2. What is my payment amount?
Your payment schedule, including due dates, is outlined in your loan documents. Please contact Client Services for information regarding your monthly payment amount due.

4. Can I pay by phone?
Yes, you can pay by phone. Call Client Services at 1–800–628–7816 to make pay-by-phone arrangements. Please have your checking account information available. To minimize the administrative effort of making monthly payments, we offer Direct Debit, which makes automatic monthly payments from your designated checking or savings account. 5. What happens if I pay my invoice late?
Payments not received within the grace period will be assessed a late fee. To make sure that your payments are made on time and avoid being assessed a late fee, try Direct Debit, which makes automatic monthly payments from your designated checking or savings account. 6. Why am I being billed for Property Taxes?

Property Taxes are assessed on leases, not loans. When the governing entity bills us for property taxes, we pay on your behalf. Your charge reimburses us for that payment.

All practice financing is subject to credit approval. Business Refinance Program is for business term debt only. Revolving credit and existing Wells Fargo Practice Finance debt are not eligible for consolidation.
